Hamilton Hills Plantation

Among the things that set Hamilton Hills apart from other lodges is our guide experience and the size of our hunting groups. Your guides, Lyle and Doug Smith, have hunted whitetail deer on this land for over 35 years. We have hunted turkey and small game here since we were old enough to carry a gun. We limit the size of our hunting groups to four hunters. What this means is with a group of four hunters, two will hunt with Lyle and two with Doug. As you can see with groups this small there is very little hunting pressure on our 4,625 acre plantation. We utilize four wheel drive trucks and ATV’s to get into the general area you will hunt. We then approach your stand by foot. We hunt the natural movement of the deer; so our goal is to get you in the stand without disturbing the area on the way in.
